What is this lawsuit about?

Former seasonal drivers of UPS have sued UPS in a collective action, claiming that UPS violated the Fair Labor Standards Act by failing to pay the minimum wage for all hours worked. The Honorable Judge Christine M. Arguello and Magistrate S. Kato Crews are overseeing this lawsuit, which is called Ortez et al. v. United Parcel Service, Inc., Case No. 1:17-cv-01202-CMA-SKC.
 

Who is included?

Any former seasonal driver for United Parcel Service, Inc. ("UPS") who either (1) worked at the Centennial, Colorado facility or the Commerce City, Colorado facility between October 1, 2016 and September 11, 2018, or (2) attended trainings for seasonal drivers at the Commerce City, Colorado facility, between October 1, 2016 and September 11, 2018.
